The first round starts on Sunday June 1 and ends on June 8.

Each parishioner will receive a stamped ballot on which they will propose the names of candidates at their discretion. And this is at most two in these four age categories: 16 - 29 years, 30 - 44 years, 45 – 55 years, 56 and over. If you do not know the age of the candidates, it does not matter; the electoral commission will categorize the proposed parishioners correctly.

The completed ballot must be submitted in the church no later than the following Sunday, June 8.

During the week, the chair of the electoral commission will contact the proposed parishioners with 5 or more nominations to see if they would be willing to accept this service if elected. Candidates may also be nominated by priests. Those who express their consent will be listed on the official candidate list.

The second round will begin on Sunday June 15 and end on June 29

In the church, you will be able to pick up a ballot with an alphabetical list of all proposed candidates in each category who agree to stand for election. At home, you can calmly go through the names of the parishioners and select 4 candidates. You will have time to submit your votes until June 29, 2025.

Since we do not have voter lists, we assume honesty during the elections. The electoral commission will count the votes for the elected candidates at the deanery.
