The Cecil Music Association is slowly closing the chapter on the National Pilgrimage to Rome, which it opened in June 2024, and once again THANKS everyone who contributed directly or indirectly to the performance during the National Pilgrimage in Rome 2025. Whether through your financial donations, prayers, or warm words of encouragement. Thanks from all choir members go to Father Jenda for his tireless care and concern for everyone together and each individually. And also to Veronika, who really carefully planned every detail of our trip.
On Saturday, April 26, the choir gathered for a joint meeting. On this occasion, we wished Jenda a happy birthday and as a gift, to express our gratitude for accompanying us on the pilgrimage, we presented him with the photo album "Pilgrim's Guide."
Father Jenda learned well in Rome; besides theology, he probably also studied a cooking course, we tasted his carbonara pasta and Veronika's tiramisu à la sister Vojtěch of Nepomucene. Moreover, we had a great time sharing impressions from this great journey and looking at all the various captured photos.
